Get your first variance report FREE through September 30!

Experience a Solidspac3 variance report on one of your construction projects.

How It Works

Choose any active project where you’re doing a laser scan. Go for something more complex where the construction quality needs to be high, like a clean room, hospital, lab, manufacturing plant, or airport. Anything you’ve scanned recently or will scan by the end of September will work.

Step 1: Request an account

We’ll set up your secure, online Spac3 account with unlimited storage and a 3D viewing space. A real account, not a scaled-back trial version.

Step 2: Tell us what you want to see

Upload your project files(s)—BIM, CAD or Navisworks—as well as your registered point cloud file(s), usually 10,000 to 20,000 sq. ft. Choose one free trade and specify your tolerance, (i.e. HVAC, greater than 4 in., or Process Piping greater than 2 in.).

  • Architectural
  • Structural
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Fire Protection
  • Process Piping
  • Concrete—Pre-Pour (Plumbing, Embeds, Hangers)
  • Concrete—Floor Flatness, Floor Levelness

Step 3: In just 12 hours, check out your free variance report!

We’ll have a Zoom call with you to show you around your Solidspac3 variance report, show you a few ways to view and measure in 3D, and answer your questions.

Why is it free?

We’ve never done this before. We really want you to experience the power of Solidspac3 to discover misplaced or omitted trade items during construction. You’ll see where the construction doesn’t match the design in one of your active projects and share it with your team.

✔ Only Solidspac3 overlays your design and your 3D reality capture together in one space.

✔ Only Solidspac3 does all the variance calculations for you.
